CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to,

1.      Greeting customers/vendors upon entry to office

2.      Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely manner

3.      Answering phones and extended phone conversations

4.      Customer billing in various software programs, inventory, and delivery dispatching

Other responsibilities may include new customer setup, mailings, data entry and other miscellaneous tasks which arise around the office.

CDL CLASS A DRIVER - X ENDORSEMENT

• Full-time opportunity for driver with Hazmat endorsement and knowledge of fuel products.
• Courteous interaction with customers and others on daily bases to ensure routes are serviced professional and timely.
• Monitor condition of truck to ensure safety requirements are met and/or exceeded and to minimize truck down time.
