The company grew by word-of-mouth. Great customer service, along with competitive pricing, spurred growth for the next 10 years. In 1986, Warren turned to his son, Steve
, to join the company and help move it forward into the future. Steve pushed the company into the computer age and found that the key lock system was not satisfying the needs of their customers.
