  • Date of purchase
  • Price per gallon
  • Time of purchase
  • Number of gallons
  • Purchase location
  • Odometer reading
  • Vehicle ID and description
  • Miles per gallon
  • Driver name
  • Cost per mile
  • Type of fuel purchased
  • Total purchase amount
  • Total fleet purchases by billing period are broken down by State, product, and tax type. Quarterly and yearly reports are available, by request.

Unlike major oil company or financial institution cards, Pacific Pride cards can be used only to purchase fuel or motor oil. This increases purchasing control, and reduces cash outflow to cover fueling expenses.

Access Your Pacific Pride Account

You can now access your account online. Contact Tim and ask him to assign a User ID and password for you. The first time you log in at www.pacificpridefleet.com you will be prompted to change your password. If you have any questions, call Tim at (717) 848-5001, ext. 106.
